Account Registration and Responsibilities

Account Creation

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one account

  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

  • Use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication when available
  • Do not share your login credentials with others

Founder Fluent provides a comprehensive business operating system ("Service") which includes, but is not limited to:

  • A guided Success Path for business formation, compliance, and growth.
  • A Business Credit Builder with curated vendor relationships and tracking tools.
  • Personal Tradeline services to help build personal credit history.
  • AI-powered tools, including a business assistant, budget generator, and SEO audit tool.
  • An AI Tools Marketplace with curated third-party software recommendations.
  • A "Founders Finder" business directory for member networking.
  • Community features, including posts, messaging, and groups.
  • An educational platform with proprietary guides and user-generated content.
  • An affiliate network for earning referral-based income.
  • Resources and guidance on securing various forms of business funding.

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform scheduled maintenance and will provide advance notice when possible.

Billing and Payments

Subscription Plans

  • The Service is offered on a subscription basis, billed in advance monthly or annually as per the selected plan.
  • A free trial may be offered to new users, granting access to some or all features for a limited time. A payment method may be required to initiate a trial.
  • Prices are subject to change with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
  • All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law or at our sole discretion.

Payment Processing

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party providers
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension
  • You are responsible for keeping payment information current

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation for potential reactivation

Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
  • Submitting false, misleading, or inaccurate information to the platform or to any third-party vendor through the Service.
  • Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Harassing, abusing, or harming another person, including within the community features or Founders Finder directory.
  • Using the Service for any form of spam, unsolicited messages, or data harvesting.
  • Using our AI tools to generate illegal, harmful, or unethical content.
  • Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from our servers.
  • Reselling or commercially exploiting the Service or its content without our express written permission.

Intellectual Property

Our Content

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Founder Fluent LLC. This includes our software, methodologies (like the Success Path), curated vendor lists, and educational materials.

Your Content

  • You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service ("User Content"), such as profile information, community posts, and messages.
  • By providing User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content in any and all media or distribution methods, solely for the purpose of operating, developing, and providing the Service.
  • You are responsible for your User Content, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

"Founder Fluent" and our logos are trademarks of Founder Fluent LLC. You may not use our trademarks without express written permission.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The content and tools provided on the Founder Fluent platform are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or professional business advice. Credit Building and Funding Disclaimers

We provide tools, resources, and vendor recommendations to assist you in building credit and seeking funding. However, we do not act as a lender or credit repair organization. We do not guarantee credit approval, specific credit scores, funding outcomes, or the performance of any third-party vendor. All financial decisions and outcomes are your sole responsibility.

AI-Powered Tools Disclaimer

Our AI tools provide automated suggestions and information based on the data provided. This output may contain inaccuracies or errors and should not be solely relied upon for making business decisions. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content.

Community Guidelines

Respectful Interaction

  • Treat all members with professionalism and respect. Harassment, discrimination, and hate speech are strictly prohibited.
  • Do not use the community, messaging, or Founders Finder directory for spam, unsolicited marketing, or data scraping.
  • Respect the privacy and intellectual property of others.

Content Standards

  • All User Content must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Do not post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and remove User Content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms.

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and waive your right to participate in class actions.

Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations for fees incurred before termination.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account and data, though some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification at least 30 days before they take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
